Our consultants can tailor a wide range of Maintenance Support packages with appropriate SLA’s to suit any customers’ requirements.
Many of our Maintenance contracts include advance replacement hardware, so by next business day we can normally resolve and restore service to most equipment that we maintain.
Rapid Wireless carry extensive stock to ensure spares are available for contract customers. Our comprehensive spares inventory is available to contracted customers and ensures a speedy resolve to any reported faults as it can take manufacturers up to four weeks to supply replacement items.
For contract customers, our experienced staff will manage your support requirements and if available use remote access via VPN or TeamViewer to diagnose or even resolve your support issue. If onsite support is deemed necessary, a team of fully working at heights trained engineers will attend site with the appropriate spares to resolve the fault situation.
Rapid Wireless can also provide a best effort emergency service to resolve faults for customers who are not under contract even when equipment may not have been procured from us.
